Christina Hendricks has been an American actress for seven seasons. Her most notable role was as Joan Holloway, in AMC's drama period series Mad Men. It was her role in Mad Men that earned Christina Hendricks six Emmy Awards in the category of Best Supporting Actress. Through her professional career that spans more than twenty years, she's also been recognized for her role as a character in the upcoming legal drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime drama series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. Her most well-known work is her roles in Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey at Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. Her voice can also be found in animated film From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 & Scoob! In the beginning, she was a model who had a lot of success. In the following years the modeling profession continued until 1999, when Undressed became her first character on TV. Her first big role was in the comedy drama series Beggars and Choosers following which was also recognized for her part in the hit show Firefly. Esquire magazine named her the most beautiful woman across America in 2010 and voted it the sexiest women around the globe.
